Information we receive
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, destination market and product interest. You may also choose to provide your company, phone number, project timing, volume and other project details.
How your inquiry is handled
The website and inquiry service use Cloudflare infrastructure. Inquiries are stored and delivered to our business inquiry system so our team can review and respond. Our email service is used for any email correspondence.
The inquiry service uses limited technical information, including a short-lived hash derived from the submitting IP address, to limit repeated automated submissions. This is separate from your project details.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics in Privacy preferences, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources and completed inquiries. Your consent and source information are kept in this browser for up to 90 days. You can change your choice using the Privacy button at any time. We do not send your contact details or inquiry text to Google.
Marketing and other contact methods
Sending a project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, those services also process the communication under their own policies.
